The house

The photograph is the promise.

Everyone who has ordered flowers online knows the feeling. The website shows a lush, generous bouquet. What turns up is thinner, paler and a day past its best. The gap between the photo and the doorstep is the flower industry's oldest problem, and it is the reason Order Flowers exists.

Our fix is simple and slightly stubborn: every arrangement is photographed after it is made and before it is dispatched, and that photo goes to you. Not a stock image, not a studio shot from two years ago. Your flowers, on the bench, minutes before they leave.

White roses wrapped and ribboned, ready for dispatch

What we hold to

The rest of the operation exists to serve that promise.

  1. I

    Fresh means today

Stems come in from the flower market and are arranged the same morning they go out. Nothing is made in advance and left waiting in a cold room.

  2. II

    Show, do not tell

Every arrangement is photographed on the bench before dispatch, and that photograph goes to you. If it does not match the standard you paid for, it does not ship.

  3. III

    Discretion is the default

Prices include VAT and are never, under any circumstances, shown to the person receiving the flowers. Anonymous sending is one tick at checkout.

  4. IV

    Built for this city

Drivers call recipients on approach, because Dubai runs on phone calls, not postcodes. They know the tower receptions, the cluster addresses and the villa gates.

We are Dubai-first on purpose. A city that sends this many flowers deserves a florist that treats every one of them as the message it is.
