The photo is the promise

Everyone who has ordered flowers online knows the feeling. The website shows a lush, generous bouquet. What turns up is thinner, paler and a day past its best. The gap between the photo and the doorstep is the flower industry's oldest problem, and it is the reason Order Flowers exists.

Our fix is simple and slightly stubborn: every arrangement is photographed after it is made and before it is dispatched, and that photo goes to you. Not a stock image, not a studio shot from two years ago. Your flowers, on the bench, minutes before they leave. If the arrangement does not match the standard you paid for, it does not ship.

The rest of the operation is built to serve that promise. Stems come in from the flower market and are arranged the same morning they go out. Drivers call recipients on approach, because Dubai runs on phone calls, not postcodes. Prices include VAT and are never, under any circumstances, shown to the person receiving the flowers.

We are Dubai-first on purpose. Flowers matter here in a way they do not everywhere: they mark the anniversaries, apologise for the office hours, welcome the babies and sit on half the reception desks in DIFC. A city that sends this many flowers deserves a florist that treats every one of them as the message it is.
