Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about ordering, delivery across Dubai, the flowers themselves and paying. If your question is not here, the corporate page has a contact form and we reply the same working day.
Ordering
How do I order flowers online in Dubai?
Pick a bouquet, choose the size, and check out with the recipient's name, phone number and area. The whole thing takes about two minutes. You get an order number and a tracking link straight away, then a photo of your actual arrangement before it goes out for delivery.
Can I add a card message?
Yes, and it is free. Whatever you type at checkout is handwritten onto the card exactly as written. Leave it empty and no card is included.
Can I send flowers anonymously?
Yes. Tick the anonymous option at checkout and your name appears nowhere: not on the card, not with the driver, not if the recipient asks. Many people sending to an office prefer it this way.
Can I order flowers for a future date?
Yes. Pick any delivery date at checkout. For peak dates like Valentine's Day and Mother's Day we recommend ordering three or four days ahead, because slots genuinely sell out.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Before the florist starts arranging, yes, at no cost. Once the bouquet is being made we can usually still change the delivery details, but not the flowers. Reply to your order confirmation or contact us with your order number.
Delivery
Do you deliver flowers the same day in Dubai?
Yes. Order by 5pm and your flowers are arranged and delivered the same day anywhere in Dubai, seven days a week. Orders after 5pm arrive in the first slot the next morning.
How much does flower delivery cost in Dubai?
Delivery is AED 25 across Dubai and free on orders over AED 300. There are no hidden fees at checkout: the price you see includes VAT.
Which areas of Dubai do you cover?
All of Dubai, including Dubai Marina, JBR, Downtown, Business Bay, DIFC, Jumeirah, Palm Jumeirah, JLT, JVC, Al Barsha, Dubai Hills Estate, Arabian Ranches, Mirdif, Deira and Bur Dubai.
Can I choose a delivery time?
You choose a delivery window at checkout: 10am to 1pm, 1pm to 4pm, 4pm to 7pm or 7pm to 10pm. Evening slots fill first, especially on weekends.
What if the recipient is not available?
The driver calls the recipient on approach. If there is no answer we call you, and with your approval we can leave the flowers with reception, a neighbour or building security.
How do I know my flowers were delivered?
Your tracking link updates at every stage: accepted, being arranged, photographed, out for delivery and delivered. You can watch the whole journey from the moment you pay.
Can you deliver to an office or hotel?
Yes. For offices we deliver to reception with a call ahead, ideally before 6pm. For hotels we need the guest's registered name, and the room number helps. Hat box arrangements travel best for desk deliveries.
Do you deliver to hospitals?
Yes, with care. We call the ward before arriving so the delivery never disturbs rest, and we recommend arrangements without strong scent, such as roses or gerberas, over lilies.
The flowers
How do I know the flowers will look like the photo?
Every arrangement is photographed after it is made and before it is dispatched, and you receive that photo. If it does not match the standard you ordered, it does not leave the studio.
How long do fresh flowers last?
With a clean vase, fresh water every two days and a spot away from direct sun and air-conditioning vents, roses last seven to ten days, tulips around five to seven, and orchid plants two to three months. Our care guide covers each flower in detail.
Where do your flowers come from?
Mostly Ecuador and the Netherlands for roses and tulips, with seasonal stems from Kenya and local wholesale for greenery. Stems arrive at the flower market and are arranged the same morning they go out.
Will the recipient see the price?
Never. No invoice, price tag or amount appears on the box, the wrapping or the card. The card carries only your message.
Do you make custom arrangements?
Yes. If you have a colour scheme, a budget or a photo of something you loved, send it through the corporate page or reply to any order email and our florists will build to it.
Payment and pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payment online at checkout. Prices are in UAE dirhams and include 5 percent VAT, so the number you see is the number you pay.
Why do flower prices change around Valentine's Day?
Red rose wholesale prices roughly double worldwide in early February, and every florist's costs follow. Ordering before February 11 usually locks near-normal pricing and guarantees stock.
Corporate
Do you do weekly flowers for offices?
Yes. Our corporate service covers weekly reception and boardroom arrangements, events and client gifting across Dubai on a single monthly invoice. Send an enquiry through the corporate page for a same-day quote.
Do you handle events and weddings?
Event florals, launch installations and gala tables, yes. Brief us once through the corporate page and the arrangements arrive installed, on time. Full wedding production is by consultation.
Still deciding?
Same-day delivery across Dubai when you order by 5pm, and you see a photo of your arrangement before it ships.
