How same-day flower delivery works in Dubai

Cutoff times, tower deliveries, villa gates and why the recipient's phone number matters more than the address. A practical guide to getting flowers delivered in Dubai.

Order before the cutoff

Same-day delivery in Dubai generally requires ordering by late afternoon. Our cutoff is 5pm: order before it and the flowers are arranged and delivered the same evening. After the cutoff, delivery moves to the first slot the next morning.

The phone number matters more than the address

Dubai has no reliable street addressing, so every delivery runs on two things: a location pin or building name, and a recipient phone number that answers. Drivers call on approach. If you are sending a surprise, use your own number as backup and tell us it is a surprise so the driver coordinates with you instead.

Towers, offices and hotels

Tower deliveries go through reception or concierge, and a good driver knows which buildings insist on desk drop-off versus door delivery. Office deliveries should land before 6pm. Hotel deliveries need the guest's full name as registered, and ideally the room number.

Villas and gated communities

Arabian Ranches, Dubai Hills Estate, The Meadows and similar communities have gate access that slows couriers down. A delivery service that knows the entry points, and calls the recipient rather than circling, is the difference between flowers at 6pm and flowers at 9pm.

What photographed-before-dispatch means

The recurring flower-delivery complaint everywhere is the gap between the website photo and what arrives. We close it by photographing your actual arrangement before it leaves the studio and sending you the photo. If it is not right, it does not ship.
